Refund & Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (European Union Customers Only)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire fourteen (14) days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Levente Balogh, MΓΌnzweg 51/17, 9500 Villach, Austria, Email: [your email]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.


2. Effects of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we are informed about your decision.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day you communicate your withdrawal.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.


3. International Orders (Outside the European Union)

For customers outside the European Union (including but not limited to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand), we do not offer a statutory right of withdrawal.

However, we offer a voluntary return policy under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within fourteen (14) days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.

We will offer a replacement or refund free of charge in such cases.


5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
